How did I found the woman of my dreams |
Hi everybody!
I'm writing this for you to know my story of how did I find the love of my life.
I'm from Culiacan, Mexico. I had an accident two years ago and I had to stay in bed for two months. The doctor told me not to do anything I was used to do: go to work, go to school, do sports... So, the only thing I could do was surf the web. This is how I found Corazones.com and I registered. I thought I could meet new people to talk to and have fun with, and, why not? maybe even the woman I had been looking for.
Thanks to CyberCupid from Corazones.com I met the woman I love. When I registered, I filled in a form with the characteristics of my ideal woman. CyberCupid was the one in charge of finding her profile among the thousand users at Corazones.com and telling us that we were (are) soul mates.
When Carolina's profile got to my email inbox I found out she was from Sonora (a neighboring state to mine) and that's when I started emailing her. She wrote me back and that's how we started communicating, sending pictures, and chatting every day while I was resting.
A month after we met, the doctor discharged me and I went to Hermosillo (where she lived) to visit her. As soon as I got to the city, I called her and we set a date for next day. I would be some sort of blind date. It was great to see her in person! Better than in pictures! After that we went to the movies and took a walk in a park, getting to know each other and just talking.
Then I went back to my city and began talking with her on the phone almost every weekend and kept on chatting and communicating through Corazones.com. Several months went by, and after we found out about each other through the web, I went back to Hermosillo and asked her to be my girlfriend in a romantic dinner... The best part was that she said yes! So we saw each other every time I could go and visit her.
I used every long weekend I had or free day to see Carolina, at least every two weeks. This is how I was always in her family's parties. She visited me three times and met my family.
After being on a distance-relationship for over a year, between my visits and hers every time we could, I decided to move to her city to be with her. We planned on getting married and finishing school. We bought a house and decided to get married so we could be together, no matter what. After three months of preparation, we married on November 17, 2006, seven months after I moved to Hermosillo... And now, we're really, really happy together. |
